Due to the inclement weather the Jackson County Courthouse will be closing at 12pm on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

The Jackson County Courts remain open. All hearings scheduled for December 22, 2022, will be conducted via zoom in a virtual courtroom. All persons with upcoming cases should have received notices explaining how to access the virtual courtroom. The Circuit Clerk’s office will remain open for e-filing.

We ask your cooperation and patience as we work to minimize the risk to those utilizing the courthouse and county government.

All communications related to the functions of the Jackson County Courthouse should be directed to the Jackson County Board and the Jackson County Sheriff.
