The MAGIQ Illinois Guitar Quartet. The ensemble comprised of Illinois based guitar professors is comprised of Dr. Michael Patilla, Dr. Angelo Favis, Dr. Guido Sánchez-Portuguez, and Dr. Isaac, Lausell. The repertoire engages the guitar with an array of contemporary and classical languages through the works of Dr. Sánchez- Portuguez, French composer Francis Kleynjans and even Georges Bizet.
