The City of Carbondale is pleased to announce that the application for Community Organization
Funding is open until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025.
New this year, all applicants will be required to upload a copy of their 501(c)(3) determination
letter from the IRS and a copy of Form 990 with the application. If the organization received
funding from the City in 2024, a copy of payroll records of employees funded with municipal
grants will be required.
A reminder that even if you have applied in the past, you must apply again to be considered for
this year’s funding.
